Together we provide community care support services to those who are frail, aged or have a disability. And also, importantly, to their home carers.We have put temporary positions as well as with permanent options due to the current demands in aged care industries and hospitals.Our members are growing due to referrals .

We’re open from 6am until 10pm; 7 days a week with after-hour’s assistance available to ensure client’s services are always attended.

In order to support people with dementia in the most dignified, personalised manner, it is vital that each person’s unique needs are identified and understood.
The Hills Nurses Agency’s aim is to improve the quality of life of people with dementia, and of the family members and friends who are involved in their care. Our dementia support staff are carefully selected to match the individual needs of each person with dementia.
We can provide help with:
- Assistance with personal care (showering . bathing and dressing)
- Help with domestic assistance such as housework , laundry and shopping
- Meal preparation
- Transport to medical appointments or for social outings and errands
- Respite to allow a partner or regular carer to take a break overnight and including weekends.
- Nursing medication management and wound care
- Specialised Care – Care for the frail and elderly , post acute care , for people recently discharged from hospital .
- Flexible arrangements for home visits / services.Working closely with your GP’s or local medical officers.Culturally appropriate and support.
